Race week 2026 - deliver to Bellingham from port Townshend.

we have made it to Bellingham! The delivery was pretty easy A little wind a little rain a lot of clouds I slept like a log last night on Corvo, and this morning we had a nice leisurely breakfast at pt hudson marina before slipping our moorings around 10am and heading out.

we had great current and calm water as we went through admiralty inlet. but alas, that ebb was against us we went north along whidbey island. All in all a simple passage. Not too rough. Enough wind to sail for a bit.

We arrived around 5 and found our slips. Got things tidied up and headed out for some dinner. We went to the loft and had pretty good food.

Alas one challenge that we had is that the gate codes for race week don’t work until Sunday. So we had to do some sweet talking of the bartender at the yacht club to borrow his fob. But it worked out.
